The Loma Linda University School of Dentistry has announced the closing of its associate of science degree program in dental hygiene located in Palm Desert, CA.
The two-year program opened in September 2011 with 28 students. However, a sustainable level of participation was not achieved, according to the university. Currently enrolled students will be able to complete their degrees as scheduled, but no new students are being enrolled.
