Pacific Life is adding Skygen's software and administrative services to its dental benefits.
This collaboration supports Pacific Life's digital transformation by automating key processes like claims and payments, Skygen said in a press release. Members will gain real-time access to their benefits and claims through Skygen's contact center and web portal.
