Guardian Life Insurance Company of America has partnered with Pelago to offer a personalized tobacco cessation program for members with workplace-sponsored dental insurance.
This program, starting in July, provides access to a Pelago care coach, digital tools for tracking, cognitive behavioral therapy content, and nicotine replacement therapy if needed. Guardian will be the first dental insurer to include a comprehensive tobacco cessation program in its dental benefits, according to the company.
