Dental consulting and marketing firm Productive Dentist Academy (PDA) has promoted Brent Hogan from client success manager to vice president of client services.
In his new role, Hogan will oversee annual sales and retention within PDA while also shaping the organization's client engagement strategy. Hogan's promotion will assist the company in creating more investment-grade practices through comprehensive coaching, resources, and guidance for independent dentists, PDA said.
