Dental service organization (DSO) The Smilist has secured a $285 million debt facility to fund its growth.
The financing includes nearly $100 million in commitments in growth capital to fund acquisitions and business development.
The DSO, backed by Zenyth Partners, has affiliated with 30 practices in two years. Currently, The Smilist has over 60 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
