Dental software developer Planet DDS has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into its Apteryx XVWeb cloud imaging platform at more than 200 dental practices.
The integration was made possible through its partnership with Overjet, which brought its AI-analyzed images chairside for dental practices, Planet DDS said. The software is compatible with Denticon practice management systems. Dental group Willis & Associates Family Dentistry, which has 14 practices, is leading the adoption of Planet DDS’ technology.
