For the second time in six months, a 31-year-old man was arrested for reportedly operating an illegal dental practice in Indiana, according to an incident report published on September 30 from the Seymour Police Department.

Fredy Felipe-Pascual, also known as Freddie Phillipe Pascual and Freddie Chapin, of Seymour, IN, was arrested on September 28 after police responded to a medical call at a mobile home park. The call led police to investigate illegal dentistry.
After a warrant was obtained, the trailer was searched. Numerous dental instruments, medications, and "rogue" dental instruments were found, according to the report. Pascual was charged with practicing dentistry without a license and criminal recklessness, according to the police incident report.
In March, Pascual was charged with practicing dentistry without a dental license and criminal mischief. Police began investigating on March 19 when officers received a tip that Pascual may have been operating an illegal dental office in a home. After obtaining a search warrant for the home, police found evidence, including dental instruments, medications, cash, and ledgers, that suggested dental work was being done at the location.
