Cellerant CEO series: Dr. Robert Martino on work-life balance, delegation, and more

As we continue our Cellerant CEO podcast series, we visit with Dr. Robert Martino, a dentist who is the founder and chief executive officer of OraCare.

Dr. Martino is a 1990 graduate of the West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He owns and operates seven dental practices in West Virginia as CEO of Wilmar Management Company. He is a founder and CEO of Engine and Airframe Solutions Worldwide (EASW), a worldwide aeronautics company focused on repairing airplanes and their engines. Dr. Martino and OraCare are also among the driving forces behind Freedom Day USA, a day in October set aside to give back to veterans.

In this episode, Dr. Martino shared his insights and experiences in dentistry and entrepreneurship. He discussed the importance of being a good communicator and understanding what patients want. Dr. Martino also talked about how he developed an entrepreneurial mindset and the value of delegating tasks to experts.

He shared the origin story of OraCare, a dental product he created, and the importance of collaboration and business think tanks. Finally, Dr. Martino emphasized the need for work-life balance and intentional time off.
