Fluent has launched CRMS 2.0, the latest version of its claims review management system for dental payers.
The workflow tool is designed to manage claim reviews by tracking claim status, assigning claims to consultants, and sending information requests to practices. Dashboards provide leaders with real-time performance data, such as savings, claim types, and turnaround times, the company said.
