Voco has released Structur CAD, a new set of CAD/CAM blocks and discs that allows dental staff to mill temporary crowns and bridges quickly.
Structur CAD features fluorescence similar to that of natural teeth, and it helps dentists customize cementation depending on whether a temporary or longer-lasting fix is needed, according to Voco. It does not need to be fired or glazed and comes in shades of A1, A2, and A2 as a 40 L block and as a disc with a thickness of 20 mm, the company said.
