Dental insurer and dental benefit manager Dominion National has opened its prevention rewards program to small groups enrolled in its preferred provider organization (PPO) plans.
Effective July 1, each covered family member who receives two cleanings from a participating Dominion network dentist during the plan year will receive a $20 cash reward. Previously, this program was limited to large groups.
