Benco to acquire Dart Dental

Benco Dental has announced plans to acquire Dart Dental Supply.

Dart Dental was founded in 1976 and serves the New England region. Dart's territory representatives and equipment technicians will be retained, according to Benco.

No transaction price was announced.
